Our Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship is designed to develop the next generation of engineering talent at Sika’s Preston site. You’ll join an experienced maintenance team supporting a live manufacturing environment, gaining real‑world engineering experience from day one while completing day‑release study towards a Level 4 qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
