We’re looking for a HR & Projects Coordinator (18-month FTC) to join our HR team. The role involves supporting key HR and Benefits Project work such as:

  • HR Initiatives: Performance Development Review Cycle and Employee Survey Launches, designing and rolling out HR System and Process updates.
  • Benefits Projects: Supporting Annual Salary Review, launching Fleet initiatives, in collaboration with the Fleet Manager.
  • Delivering an HR Communications plan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic individual who wants to make a real impact and support business‑critical activities and project delivery. Sika will fund a qualification during the 18‑month FTC, either in HR, Benefits or Project Management. The position is based at one of our sites in Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City or Redditch. Employees work Monday to Friday, four days on site and one day from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional, self‑motivated and confident outlook.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Support HR/Benefits functions and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Generate and analyse data reports in Excel.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent time‑management, written and verbal communication.
  • Take accountability for delivering great results.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent).
  • Additional HR or business‑related qualifications desirable.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Minimum Level 5/B GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English.
  • Right to work and reside in the UK.
