Sika is seeking an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Systems Manager to lead the maintenance excellence journey across the UK manufacturing network. The role drives a modern RCM strategy and oversees CMMS/EAM adoption to keep assets safe, reliable and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.
You will lead a team of three, collaborate with site leadership and engineering, and push for data-driven improvements, predictive maintenance, and best-practice asset management across multiple sites.
