Purpose of the Role
This role is critical to driving profitable growth within the Roofing Refurbishment sector by developing strong relationships with roofing contractors, consultants, surveyors, and building owners across the region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in identifying refurbishment opportunities, influencing specifications and converting opportunities through to successful installation on site. The role focuses on promoting Sika’s roofing refurbishment systems and solutions, delivering technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
Working as part of a highly energised and professional sales team, you will combine technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and relationship management skills to grow market share, maximise project profitability, and strengthen Sika’s position as a market leader in roofing refurbishment solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal technical, specification, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service, project delivery, and long-term customer partnerships.

- Experience within the UK construction industry (roofing experience beneficial but not essential).
- Experience supporting specifications, influencing project decisions, and delivering CPD or technical presentations to a range of construction professionals.
- A proven track record of delivering project-led sales within the construction industry.
