We’re looking for an Area Specification Manager to join our Performance Flooring Team Field Based – Midlands Region.

Purpose of the Role: To achieve sales of the company's Flooring products through focus on specification via strong customer relationships. To deliver sales and profitability for a specific geographical area in line with the business plan.

Qualifications: What we need from you?
- Minimum 4 years commercial experience in a sales or technical role, ideally within the construction sector.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to plan the specification sales process and appreciate all technical and commercial angles.
- Effective communicator, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to maximise sales opportunities within existing customer base as well as identifying new customers.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and produce and deliver reports effectively with strong IT and organisational skills.
