This opportunity sits within our Operations function and supports a growing portfolio of data-driven improvement projects across Customer Services and Sales & Demand Planning. The role has been created to strengthen internal analytical capability and help teams turn data into practical improvements across day-to-day operations. As our Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll help improve visibility, decision-making and performance across key operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who already has a foundation in data analytics and is looking for the chance to apply those skills in a live business environment where insight can quickly become action.
Based on the business rationale, the role is focused on improving analytical capability and supporting a pipeline of data-led operational improvement initiatives. What’s in it for you? You’ll support and contribute to a range of important initiatives including:
- Key Initiatives
- Order Book Management
- Power BI Dashboard development and reporting
- Delivery Performance Live Reporting
- Performance Metrics and Standardisation
- Identification of Automation and AI opportunities across processes
You’ll also have the opportunity to complete a newly formed Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship, giving you a strong platform for both technical development and future progression.
