We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This field-based role supports sites across multiple markets, providing tactical and strategic HR support to senior managers and people managers. You will join a dynamic team aiming to elevate how we support the business and add value. We have sites in Leeds, Redditch, Preston and Welwyn Garden City. Ideally you will be based within commutable distance to one of these sites, but you will need to be flexible to travel between sites based on business needs, alongside some homeworking.

- Develop and drive a bespoke People Agenda with Key Stakeholders relevant to your specific Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
- Improve capability, knowledge and decision making of people managers in all things people.

The Support
You will become part of a collaborative HR Business Partners team, bringing together diverse backgrounds, extensive experience, and a strong commitment to supporting one another. You’ll work with an engaged set of stakeholders who will value your knowledge and support. You are empowered to work independently within your area of responsibility, but we regularly come together as a team and collaborate with the wider HR team. You will also have the support of the fantastic HR Hub, which will support with transactional burden and provide data and metrics, talent acquisition support and less complex ER issues. A handover period of up to 6 weeks will be provided to help you gain knowledge about your business area before colleagues go on maternity leave.
