Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to learn how to apply liquid applied and Reinforced Bituminous membranes to flat roofs and support the Training Managers in delivering first-class training courses to contractors and clients.

The Support
A bespoke training plan will be in place to support you with your development in the role, ensuring you hit key milestones throughout your apprenticeship. You will have the opportunity to spend time in different parts of the business and learn about all of our roofing technologies, along with constant updates of any industry regulation changes.
Qualifications: The Skills
You will learn the skills to achieve your goal of eventually becoming a Training Manager, creating and delivering training courses to others about our products. We will teach you how to present to clients both verbally and practically, and how to answer any technical questions regarding Liquid Waterproofing and Reinforced Bituminous Membranes, as well as what is considered best practice. You will need a significant commitment to professional and personal development from day one, including comprehensive local product knowledge and leadership development initiatives complemented by a global Sika Business School offering.
