Our HR team are looking to hire a strong Administrator who is passionate about people and eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a HR Apprentice on an 18-month fixed term contract. This new position will be working at one of our Sika sites (in Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City or Redditch) Monday to Friday, four days on site and one day working from home.
As part of the Apprenticeship, you will attain a Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD Qualification funded by Sika. Working alongside other HR Apprentices and HR Coordinators as part of an effective HR Shared Service - referred to as the HR Hub Team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop essential HR skills and work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Opportunity:
You will provide support to People-Managers and HR Business Partners and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will gain experience and opportunities to support HR delivery through contribution in this role and connect with a dynamic and friendly team of HR professionals and People managers.
The Skills:
You will attain a Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification as an integral part of your Apprenticeship.

A dynamic and friendly team who will support you in making this role a success and help you gain experience in the field of Human Resources.
