THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking two experienced Project Control Specialists to support high-profile international programmes. The roles require strong scheduling, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities, with hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and MSP Enterprise. The ideal candidates will bring proactive delivery, process governance expertise, and a collaborative approach to supporting project and supplier activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide project control support for the development and establishment of a new overseas Project Purchase Order (PO).
  • Develop and manage schedules and programme trackers using
  • Primavera P6 and MSP Enterprise.
  • Support the implementation of process governance for the PO lifecycle.
  • Deliver proactive project control services, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and tracking.
  • Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Travel regularly across the EU to support project activities.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Proven Project Control experience.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MSP Enterprise.
  • Strong scheduling and planning capabilities.
  • Effective stakeholder and supplier management.
  • Ability to deliver structured, proactive project support .
