THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking two full‑time Simulation Software Engineers to join the Sim Software team immediately.
The role focuses on simulation development activities, contributing to high‑quality, mission‑critical software solutions.
Candidates must be able to work full time on’site in Stevenage and demonstrate strong expertise in modern C++ development within a structured engineering environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain simulation software within the Sim Software environment.
- Contribute to system design, implementation, testing, and integration activities.
- Work with configuration management, CI/CD, and issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑quality simulation capabilities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong modern C++ development experience. Proficiency with
- Jira
- Git
- Jenkins
- Artifactory
- UML
DESIRABLE
- C#
- Google Test
- Rational Team Concert (RTC) / Engineering Workflow Management (EWM)
- MADGE / MASCOT
