The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced System Engineers to support our team in delivering key changes associated with Defence Sector Projects.

The role involves working across the full V-lifecycle, encompassing requirements capture, system design, implementation, and verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, refine, and document system requirements.
  • Design, develop, and integrate system components in line with program specifications. Perform system modeling and simulation to support design validation and trade-off analyses.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive verification and validation plans to ensure system compliance with requirements.
  • Manage and track system changes, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and program milestones.
  • Provide technical support during integration and testing phases, addressing any issues or anomalies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage proactively and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of requirements, timely issue resolution, and smooth progression of project deliverables.

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in system engineering, particularly across the full V-lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on systems integration and verification.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred previous experience with aerospace or defence systems.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar.
