- Sales support and coordination
- Support the sales team with requests including samples and ad hoc requirements.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral with the field-based sales team.
- Manage stock levels of samples, marketing literature, and demonstration products.
- Facilitate smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations functions.
- Support the delivery of components of the marketing strategy as part of the marketing team.
- Support with analysis of sales and marketing data to inform planning and strategy.
- Track, manage, analyse and report on success of marketing campaigns and their performance and assist with basic market research or competitor analysis.
- Support with product launches, including internal communication and sales support materials.
- Proofread marketing materials and literature to ensure accuracy and consistency as part of internal processes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers in relation to sourcing marketing materials, including organising printing of materials and merchandise.
- Planning the logistics and setup for marketing and sales internal meetings and team building days.
- Organising logistics and material/sample requirements for national exhibitions and conferences, including attending occasional national exhibitions as required from the business.
