Are you energized by launches, obsessed with marketing, and love leading projects to deliver high-impact results under pressure? Then this role might be your dream job.
About Sigrun: I’m Sigrun, a business mentor and CEO of a multi-7-figure online education and coaching company on a mission to accelerate gender equality through female entrepreneurship. Over the past 11 years, I’ve helped over 10,000 women across the globe start and scale their online businesses, generating more than €20M in total revenue. My company is known for top-tier programs like SOMBA Kickstart, Momentum 360°, and Red Circle, and we currently generate €3M in annual revenue. Now, I’m focused on our next big milestone: reaching €4M in annual revenue. To get there, I need a rockstar Marketing & Launch Manager who’s ready to own our marketing execution and thrive in a business where launches are the heartbeat of everything we do.
About the Role: This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t just “run campaigns” — you’ll be at the center of every launch, from planning and production to debriefing and optimization. From high-converting webinar promotions to our signature sales and launch workshops, our high-stakes Christmas launch, and funnel optimization, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure every single launch is on time, aligned, and delivers results. You’ll manage a talented team of creatives and implementers — including copy, tech, and design — while I remain the lead strategist. Your role is to bring clarity, momentum, and excellence to all moving parts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes marketing, loves juggling complexity, and thrives under the pressure and excitement of a launch environment.
Is This You?
- You’ve led multiple 5- to 6-figure launches and know how to handle the pace and pressure.
- You’ve got at least 5 years of marketing experience, with 2+ years managing people, projects, or cross-functional teams.
- You’re a “get it done” leader who’s also highly organized and detail-oriented.
- You have strong project management skills and love setting timelines, creating checklists, and making things run smoothly.
- You’re confident in managing a marketing team and holding everyone accountable to deadlines and quality.
- You get energized by tracking launch performance, solving problems fast, and adapting quickly.
- You enjoy learning new tools and platforms and are always looking for a better, faster, smarter way to get results.
This is NOT for you if:
- You only have experience with evergreen or traditional campaigns — not high-pressure launches.
- You don’t like juggling multiple projects or managing fast-moving deliverables.
- You need to be told what to do or reminded frequently.
- You’re not comfortable working evenings or weekends during a launch (we all step up when it matters most).
- You’re planning to start your own business or already have a side hustle.
- You prefer sugar-coated feedback over clear, kind, and direct communication.
- You’re not looking for a long-term role where you can grow and lead.
What You’ll Own:
- End-to-End Launch Management: Create detailed project plans and lead our launch cycle from start to finish — planning, prepping, executing, debriefing.
- Team Coordination: Manage the marketing team’s output across copywriting, design, video, tech, and paid ads — ensuring each piece is done with excellence and on time.
- Campaign Execution: Execute marketing plans for launches, workshops, webinars, and events — including emails, pages, funnels, automations, and social.
- Performance & Debriefing: Track results daily during launch periods, and lead post-launch debriefs to improve outcomes.
- Marketing Projects: Help manage special projects like event promotion, list growth, and reputation-building campaigns.
Current & Upcoming Marketing Priorities:
- Prepare and execute our signature Launch Workshop (end of July).
- Plan and promote our Christmas launch (our most important campaign of the year).
- Create and execute a campaign for our live event on October 17–18.
- Support and improve our social media and content marketing strategy.
- Coordinate marketing content around our podcast revival and key evergreen assets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing projects and people.
- Proven experience managing 5- to 6-figure launches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management expertise — from timelines to task delegation.
- Experience in digital marketing channels: email marketing, social media, funnels, analytics.
- Comfortable using: ActiveCampaign, Google Docs, Slack, Asana, WordPress, Zapier.
- Bonus if you’ve used: Airtable, High Level.
- Based in or able to work during GMT/BST/CET time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
About Team Sigrun: We’re a high-performing, fully remote team with an entrepreneurial spirit and international flair. Based across Europe, we work flexibly but stay aligned in the CET/GMT time zones. Our company values: Excellence – Always raising the bar; Impact – Creating meaningful change; Tough Love – Kind, direct, and honest; Surprise & Delight – Making business joyful; Integrity – Doing what we say.
What’s In It for You:
- Work directly with a visionary CEO in a high-impact role.
- Lead marketing execution for a purpose-driven company.
- Remote role with occasional travel to Switzerland.
- Long-term position with room to grow, shine, and lead.
- Be part of a team helping women around the world build businesses.
