The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

Installing all types of internal and external signage, including fascia and post‑mounted signs. Application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates including vehicles and window graphics. Interpreting briefs accurately with a great understanding of different signage and manufacturing techniques. Sign making, working with a wide range of substrates including aluminium, ACM, acrylic, wood, vinyl and Foamex, to a consistently high standard. Support all in‑house production.

Ideally have experience operating and maintaining a large format printer, plotter and laminator. Ensuring all installations are completed on time, to budget and to our usual high standards. Following all company procedures and guidelines to ensure all signs are fitted safely and securely. The ability to work at height and use power tools in line with H&S guidelines. Taking responsibility for your own and others' health and safety when working. Ensuring Risk Assessments and Method Statements are understood and followed.

This varied role involves the production and installation of a wide range of signage solutions, including vehicle graphics, interior and exterior signs, window graphics, exhibition displays, and large‑format prints. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of two years' industry experience making and installing a wide range of signage solutions. Experience in the use of wide format printers, vinyl plotters and laminators is desirable. Proven experience in a sign fitting role is necessary, including vehicle graphics application, panel application and installation. You will have a positive, can‑do attitude, be well organised and be able to work alone as well as part of a team. Working knowledge of design and RIP software (desirable). The ability to interpret briefs accurately. IPAF/PASMA/CSCS accreditations (desirable but not essential). Clean driving licence.

Salary: Dependent on experience. Working Hours: Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday. Travel: A full, clean driving licence and own transport is essential for local travel between Exeter & Plymouth. You will have the use of our company vehicles, with uniform and PPE also being provided. 20 days holiday allowance, plus bank holidays.
