That means less travel, more balance, and work you can be proud of, without sacrificing your personal life.\\n\\nWhat You'll Do:\\n\\nWork in our Bristol-based workshop producing a wide range of signage: vinyl graphics, foamex, Dibond, acrylics, metals, wood etc.\\nUse large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and RIP software to create high-quality graphics.\\nHandle installations locally – no long trips out of town.\\nApply vinyl to vehicles (full wraps or partial), windows, and other substrates. \\nInterpret design briefs clearly and turn them into polished final signage.\\nEnsure all installations are done safely and to our incredibly high standards.\\nBe responsible for health & safety on-site, and follow our detailed Risk Assessments & Method Statements.\\nDeliver excellent customer service – we don't just make signs; we build relationships.\\nWhy You'll Love Working Here:\\n\\nFixed local work – no endless driving, no nights away.\\nWPA private health insurance (after probation)\\nRegular hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:30.\\nSalary from £30,000 p/a, depending on your experience.\\nFree on-site parking at our Avonmouth base – no struggling to find a space. \\nProfessional development: Access to our centralised Learning Management System to sharpen your skills. Indeed\\nGrowth & networking opportunities: As part of a nationwide signage network, you're not just in a local shop-you're connected to a larger community.\\nSocial team environment: We host team-building and social events.\\nTime off to recharge: We close over Christmas and New Year, so you can spend it with friends and family.\\nWho We're Looking For:\\n\\nAt least 4 years' experience in sign making and installation – you know your way around large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators. \\nProven track record in installing: vehicle graphics, panel signage, fascia, and so on. \\nConfident using design / RIP software. \\nA full, clean driving licence – because even though our work's local, you'll need to get around. \\nGood understanding of health & safety, and confidence in following formal RAMS. \\nA positive, can-do attitude – able to work on your own or as part of a team. \\n(Desirable) IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS accreditation.\\nAbout Us:\\n\\nSigns Express (Bristol) is based at Unit 4 Avonbank Industrial Estate, West Town Road, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 9DE. \\n\\nWe're part of a larger UK & Ireland signage network – but despite our broad reach, our home base stays anchored in Bristol.
