Signposts is a registered charity and provides information, advice, support and activities for people with lifelong disabilities (including learning disabilities and autism), their families, friends, and professionals in Mid Sussex and surrounding areas.
As well as supporting people at our drop-in services, we also provide outreach support to individuals through our Community Support Service and via other support services that we are commissioned to provide by the local authority.
We are looking to recruit a Community Support Worker to join our team. Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will work directly with disabled individuals in their homes and in their communities. Experience of working alongside people with lifelong disabilities using person centred approaches is essential.
