Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Audit: Collate all existing product specification sheets.
- Data Harmonization: Standardize specification sheets.
- System Integration: Migrate harmonized data into a centralized, user-friendly repository.
- Portfolio Completion: Ensure all product groups are represented and included in the final harmonized portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation of processes, templates, and data governance standards to support future updates and scalability.
