Signode, the global leader in transit packaging and a division of Crown Holdings, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive business-critical initiatives across our EMEA operations. This remote role focuses on ERP and CRM implementations, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Join a dynamic global team spanning 80+ manufacturing facilities and 7,000+ employees across six continents—and help us deliver impactful digital transformation.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of D365 implementations across the EMEA region—on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate across IT, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communicate progress, issues, and successes transparently with all stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and strong delivery outcomes.
- Create project artifacts (plans, budgets, reports, postmortems) to ensure best practices are followed.
- Drive user adoption through effective change management.
What You Bring:
- A solid track record in IT project management, with significant hands-on experience in supporting or implementing ERP/CRM business systems.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft D365 F&O.
- Strong knowledge of D365 modules, integrations, and functionalities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL, BABOK, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) a plus.
