With a growing team and expanding portfolio, we\’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable Renewables Supervisor to help drive our projects and support our engineers in the field.

Role Overview

You\’ll be at the heart of our renewables operations, overseeing a range of technologies including:

• Solar PV
• EV Charging
• Battery Storage Systems
• Ventilation systems
• Storage Heater upgrades

This role combines technical expertise with leadership. You\’ll work closely with our renewables engineers, supporting them on installations and ensuring work meets both company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site surveys across Buckinghamshire & surrounding regions
• Create accurate and compliant solar PV designs
• Oversee and support the renewables engineering team, including help \’on-site\’
• Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Report progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management
• Liaise with clients, housing providers, and internal teams

What We\’re Looking For

• Level 3 in Solar PV Systems
• level 3 in Electrical Battery Storage Systems
• Strong understanding of social housing standards and compliance
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support engineering teams
• A \’hands-on\’ supervisor
• Confident with design software and survey processes
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
