A rare opening has arisen to join our client’s growing Employee Relations team in a role that sits at the intersection of employment law, HR and business transformation. This is not your traditional Legal role, but it does require a partnering and advising mindset with a hands‑on approach in order to support major clients on complex employee relations matters.

This includes:

  • Restructurings
  • Redundancies
  • Investigations
  • Grievance and disciplinary issues
  • Whistleblowing
  • TUPE
  • Wider workplace change programmes

Candidates may come from private practice, in‑house, employee relations or senior HR backgrounds. The key is strong ER experience, sound judgment, stakeholder confidence and a practical, commercial approach.
