This market leading, and genuinely collegiate London firm focuses its teams on Litigation, Corporate/Business Services, Real Estate and Private Client. The firm has been in existence for several centuries and is highly respected in the market. It is a forward thinking environment and has seen strong growth via merger and some strategic lateral hires over recent years. It has just had another bumper year and isn’t looking to stand still!

The strategy is to grow to its strengths in its key practices. Commercial litigation is one such practice – the firm has a longstanding reputation for having a leading Litigation team which handles high-value national and international disputes. By way of example: civil fraud, investment schemes, crypto fraud, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and banking disputes. The team also has extensive experience in professional discipline cases and covenant breaches. The firm’s insolvency litigation practice is particularly strong.

There is real appetite to add more bench strength and a strong commercial litigation (and/or arbitration) partner is sought. While the firm only does a limited amount of arbitration work at present, the platform and client base lends itself well to adding deeper more dedicated expertise.

You will need to have significant commercial litigation/arbitration experience gained at a leading firm to fit. You would also be expected to have a strong network and a track record at the requisite level.
