As the business shifts from physical to digital products and services, this role will be central to designing and operationalising new platforms and ways of working that future-proof their quality, scale, and efficiency. lead Teams based in the UK and abroad, spanning both permanent and extensive seasonal workforces. take ownership of end-to-end operations including, creation / manufacturing, customer services, programme management and regulatory compliance This is a hands-on yet strategic role that blends day-to-day operational leadership with the mandate to shape their supply chain transformation. This is not ‘business as usual’ Your remit will include strategic end-to-end operational development, embedding robust compliance and risk frameworks, and introducing practical digital and AI-enabled solutions to automate and enhance core processes. You will of course ensure all operations meet rigorous standards and are audit-ready, establishing performance metrics, benchmarking and contingency options that drive continuous improvement and resilience.
