This is an exciting job opportunity for you as Transportation Manager in Markham, Ontario Canada with Signify. As a Transportation Manager, you will develop and lead the regional transportation strategy across all modes, supporting commercial, industrial, and supplier flows (finished goods and components). You will play a key role in optimizing carrier performance, managing transportation costs, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop and lead regional transportation strategies across inbound and outbound flows
- Drive carrier performance through KPIs, analytics, and structured performance management
- Establish and maintain transportation dashboards and reporting for visibility and decision-making
- Act as the central coordination point between Freight & Distribution teams and regional stakeholders
- Leverage AI-driven insights to anticipate disruptions, capacity risks, and cost deviations

- Hands-on experience in transportation / logistics / supply chain
- Leadership OR ownership experience, which could include:

- Project ownership
- Self-management / autonomy
- Driving growth or change initiatives
- Proven experience managing carriers and transportation service providers
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
