Our Cwmbran factory in Wales has been repurposed as a vision factory for Public Segment taking production as well as an increasing portion of Public connected components to the next level. We are currently growing our team and looking for a Public Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In our Public Segment we enable cities and operators to transform outdoor infrastructure into intelligent, connected ecosystems that improve performance, enhance experiences, and drive sustainable value. From streets to stadiums, from tunnels to landmarks—we turn light into intelligence, and infrastructure into value.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals and objectives.
- Analyzes data and trends to make informed decisions and improve supply chain strategies.
- Monitors and analyzes supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manages inventory to meet demand and minimize excess.
- Prepares reports on performance for management.
- Executes Supply Chain actions/initiatives to deliver SC objectives aligning with business plan.
- Drives Sales fulfillment for all channels, enable new channels.
- Optimizes Market network, Simplification/Cost saving programs.
- Delivers Inventory (FG) & inventory quality targets.
- Delivers Operating Cost efficiency.
- Delivers best in class Customer Service - Service as a differentiator.
- Drives Customer Collaboration/Visibility - Order Management & Demand Planning.
- Leverages technology to streamline supply chain processes and enhance productivity.
Critical Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in supply chain with 4 years in managing supply chain with a proven track record in strategy development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Certification such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is highly desirable.
- SAP knowledge and Lean Six Sigma principles would be a bonus.
- Affinity for AI and ability to work innovatively with AI tools to make the processes run more efficiently.
