About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer with expertise in Figma and a strong foundation in data visualisation to help us design intuitive, elegant, and data-driven user interfaces. You\’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, insightful, and engaging digital experiences.

What You\’ll Do

  • Design modern, user-centric interfaces for dashboards, analytics tools, and web platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams to turn requirements into elegant UI solutions
  • Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma
  • Build and refine user interface flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Design clear visual representations of complex data (charts, graphs, tables) with accessibility and usability in mind
  • Champion visual consistency, simplicity, and scalability across products

What We\’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in UI or digital product design
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)
  • Solid experience in data visualisation — designing charts, dashboards, or analytics UIs
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and responsive design
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio that showcases clean, modern UI work — especially involving complex data or dashboards

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with tools like Tableau, D3.js, Power BI (even if just for context)
  • Some UX experience (e.g. user flows, low-fi wireframes, usability testing)
  • Experience working in agile product teams
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus
