We are working exclusively with one of the world's largest exchange operators, a business that sits at the heart of global financial markets across equities, options, futures and FX. They are looking for a Senior SRE Manager to be based in London, leading platform reliability across their European operations and global trading hours coverage.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position sitting at the centre of a follow-the-sun support model. You will have direct oversight of SRE teams across European and APAC time zones, owning platform availability, incident response and operational excellence for some of the world's most critical low latency trading infrastructure. Alongside the people leadership element, you will be technically hands-on, troubleshooting complex production issues, driving automation and contributing directly to platform performance and capacity planning.
