This is a senior leadership position sitting at the centre of a follow‑the‑sun support model. You will have direct oversight of SRE teams across European and APAC time zones, owning platform availability, incident response and operational excellence for some of the world's most critical low latency trading infrastructure.
Alongside the people leadership element, you will be technically hands‑on, troubleshooting complex production issues, driving automation and contributing directly to platform performance and capacity planning.
