Job Title: C++ Software Engineer

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to ~95k + bonus

The company:

Signify are partnered with a leading global provider of financial market infrastructure and tradable products. They\’re seeking an experienced C++ Engineer to join the European tech team. They helped support critical financial systems and known for delivering high-performance trading, clearing, and investment solutions to participants across the globe.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance equities and derivatives trading environments
  • Build scalable, testable, and reliable systems with a strong focus on performance
  • Collaborate with global development and business teams to design and implement effective technical solutions
  • Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

Job requirements:

  • 3 – 7 years experience working with C++ (C++11 or later; C++20 preferred)
  • Understanding of Linux-based development environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Either previous experience or a willingness to work in the finance domain.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
  • (Preferred) Experienced with Python scripting
  • (Preferred) Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
