Position Type: Full-Time Salary: £80,000-£110,000 per anumn About the Role Our client is looking for a skilled Angular Frontend Engineer to become a key part of their App team. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in creating top-tier software solutions, focusing on delivering a seamless user experience from initial concept through to final implementation. Your proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and progressive web applications will be essential in enhancing performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Angular progressive web applications, focusing on responsive, accessible, and high-performance design. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UI developers, and product owners, to deliver customer-centric solutions. Utilise Ionic for cross-platform optimization across iOS and Android. Ensure code quality, adhering to best practices. Engage in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment, and support continuous integration environments. Contribute to Agile development practices, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members as needed. Requirements 5+ years of experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS Proficiency in cross-functional development, with knowledge of Node/Express, RESTful APIs, and Git Prior experience with Ionic and Capacitor or familiarity with progressive web application development Strong understanding of web app security practices and data protection principles A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality code and UI experiences Background in automated testing and BDD/TDD is advantageous Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote work environments Some experience with mobile interactions, and design practices Be part of a globally distributed team focused on creating impactful software solutions.
