Signify Digital is seeking a talented SEO & Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team in Angel, Islington. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets across Google and Meta as well as delivering meaningful SEO improvements.

You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising data-driven search marketing strategies that drive leads, strengthen visibility, and deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be confident running PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, as well as managing core SEO activities such as keyword research, technical audits, content optimisation, and performance reporting. Strong analytical skills, an understanding of conversion tracking, and a proactive, test-and-learn mindset are key. Creativity in crafting compelling ad copy and a passion for continuous improvement will make a candidate stand out, along with the ability to communicate insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.

This role will see you taking ownership of paid search and SEO strategy, while also contributing to broader digital planning and supporting the leadership team in achieving client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring strong performance against client KPIs. Meta Ads experience would also be preferential.
• Lead SEO activity including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits, and content recommendations.
• Drive client growth through data-led strategies that enhance visibility, generate quality leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Manage and optimise advertising budgets to maximise ROI and overall efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end PPC execution including account structure, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Implement accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring reliable and insightful performance measurement.
• Produce clear, data-driven monthly client reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve both PPC and SEO performance to meet client objectives.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support directors in achieving KPIs across the wider client portfolio.
