The Role

As a People Adviser – Employee Relations, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across SignHealth with HR advice, guidance, and support. You’ll ensure that people-related policies and procedures are consistently applied, fostering an inclusive, fair, and positive working environment. Acting as a trusted first point of contact for people-related queries, you’ll offer practical solutions while aligning with employment law, best practices, and SignHealth’s values.

Your expertise will enable managers to effectively lead their teams, resolve challenges confidently, and contribute to the delivery of SignHealth’s strategic objectives., * Experience providing HR Advice and administration support.

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification and similar experience and knowledge of employment law.

  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to advise and coach managers on HR matters.

  • Experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality., * You are approachable and supportive, building strong relationships with colleagues across all levels.

  • You have a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and solve problems.

Working with your line manager you will receive an in-depth induction to give you great insight into our charity and what we do.

You will find out the role you will play in helping SignHealth deliver its mission.
