Role: Service Administrator
Salary: £14.36 per hour
Location: Brudenell Road and Constance Way, Leeds
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday and flexibility to work evenings occasionally)

About the role

Do you thrive when working closely within a team? Do you have previous experience working within the healthcare sector? Here at SignHealth we are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator. We are looking for a multi‑skilled individual who is compassionate, self‑motivated and highly organised. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, have excellent organisation and time management skills. You will have strong IT skills, the ability to use your own initiative and be able to work under pressure.
As an administrator you will undertake a range of duties which may include supporting the team with communication, creating meeting agendas, record keeping, ensuring records are up to date, coordinating case reviews and typing confidential reports. You will communicate with not only our staff members but our clients too. A great way to improve on your British Sign Language! We welcome applications from deaf people and hearing people who have a serious commitment to learning British Sign Language. You will need to understand the importance of confidentiality and have the confidence to communicate with outside agencies and other professionals.
