About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations professional to join our team, supporting the day-to-day operations and ongoing development of our fund and wealth management platform. The role covers a broad range of responsibilities across investment fund structures in various jurisdictions, as well as discretionary and advisory portfolio mandates. The successful candidate will work closely with administrators, custodians, AIFMs, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate reporting, and timely execution of key deliverables. This position requires a proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily oversight of fund and client operations, including trade settlements, reconciliations, and cash movements
- Coordination with fund administrators and custodians on NAV production, fee accruals, and investor dealing
- Support for onboarding and maintenance of distribution platforms (e.g. AllFunds)
- Liaison with AIFM, management company, and compliance providers on regulatory and operational matters
- Preparation and review of management and performance fee calculations and other periodic reporting
- Assistance with audit, regulatory filings, and operational due diligence requests
- Contribution to ongoing process improvements, automation initiatives, and documentation updates
Key Skills And Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, or middle office (asset or wealth management environment)
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement, cash and position reconciliation
- Familiarity with fund structures, NAV processes, and investor dealing procedures
- Comfortable working with multiple counterparties (admin, custodian, AIFM, auditors, platforms)
- Advanced Excel skills and general comfort with financial systems (e.g. Enfusion, Bloomberg, fund admin portals)
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ownership of deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
