As a Trading Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our digital trading plans to life—supporting the day-to-day running of our websites and helping drive performance through accuracy, insight, and collaboration. What you’ll be doing in the role:
- You’ll be at the heart of our digital trading team, helping to deliver a seamless and high-performing online experience.
- Support day-to-day trading operations, ensuring all onsite activity is accurate and aligns to plan.
- Assist with the setup and execution of promotions, campaigns, and product updates.
- Maintain product categorisation and site merchandising to support a clear customer journey.
- Carry out regular site checks to ensure content, pricing, and navigation are correct.
- Monitor performance and help track key metrics like traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Update and maintain trading reports and dashboards.
- Identify and escalate any issues or opportunities impacting trading performance.
- Work closely with teams across Trading, Marketing, Buying, and Digital.

- Experience or interest in ecommerce, retail, or merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with data and Excel.
