The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients (Self-Assessment & MTD)
  • Review and prepare personal tax returns, including more complex cases
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support senior team members on compliance and advisory work
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and cross-sell services
  • Coach junior team members and support their development

About You

  • ATT / CTA qualified with c.5+ years’ experience
  • Strong personal tax compliance background
  • Confident managing clients and deadlines
  • Proactive, organised and detail-focused
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
