The Role
- Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients (Self-Assessment & MTD)
- Review and prepare personal tax returns, including more complex cases
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support senior team members on compliance and advisory work
- Identify tax planning opportunities and cross-sell services
- Coach junior team members and support their development
About You
- ATT / CTA qualified with c.5+ years’ experience
- Strong personal tax compliance background
- Confident managing clients and deadlines
- Proactive, organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
