An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Deal Advisory Tax practice within a major professional services firm at Senior Manager level, working within its highly regarded M A / Deals advisory group. This team advises a broad range of private equity houses, credit funds, and institutional investors across the full transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructuring, and listing support.

The work is fast-paced, high-profile, and often cross-border, involving complex UK and international tax considerations. In this role, you will work closely with Partners and Directors on complex transactions, delivering high-quality technical and commercial tax advice.

You will play a key role in analysing and interpreting transaction documentation, identifying tax issues, and translating findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations for clients. You will also contribute to proposals and pitch activity, helping to win new business, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, legal advisers, and internal stakeholders.

A key part of the role involves collaboration across UK and international tax specialists, ensuring consistent and robust delivery on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
