Job Description
An exciting opportunity working for Honda as a Sales Support & SupplyCoordinator, based in Bracknell. This is a 6 months contract with potential to extend.
A fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a global manufacturing company as well as an insight into all aspects of the automobiles motor industry. Reporting onto the Sales Support Manager , the role requires regular interaction with the field sales team,. acting as back-office support with the provision of data analysis , regular reporting and business payments.
- Supervision of the Sales Support email inbox, answering/redirecting email queries.
- Financial administration including purchase orders, invoices and raising retailer payments .
- Advise retailers on all aspects of vehicle supply
- Excel/Powerpoint -Pivot tables
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
The successful candidate is a strong team player who thrives on providing exceptional customer service and confident in a reactive, fast-paced sales environment.
For your hard work and commitment to Honda, you will be rewarded with a 35 hour week, a lovely 1pm finish on a Friday and 3 days in the office allowing for that perfect work/life balance.
This role is inside IR35 (£120 per day-annual salary equivalent £31k).
