A well-established financial practice firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its expanding corporate tax team in the Thames Valley. Following continued investment in its tax offering, the firm is growing its corporate tax capability to support an increasingly complex and varied client base. This hire forms part of a long-term growth plan, offering strong visibility, autonomy and a clear route for career progression. This role would suit an Assistant Manager ready for their first Manager role, or an experienced Manager looking for broader advisory exposure in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
- Leading UK corporate tax advisory projects, with exposure to international elements where relevant
- Managing and reviewing complex corporate tax compliance for a mixed client portfolio
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with senior stakeholders
- Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the tax practice
- Collaborating with colleagues across tax, audit and deal-focused teams
- Advisory work typically includes group reorganisations, interest restriction, capital allowances, HMRC interactions and ad-hoc planning projects.
About You
- ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong grounding in UK corporate tax across both advisory and compliance
