Due to sustained growth, the team is seeking an accomplished Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the PCS practice while leading the delivery of complex, high-value advisory work for an enviable portfolio of private clients.
The portfolio spans entrepreneurs, private business owners, domestic and international family groups, and ultra/high-net-worth individuals and family offices with complex, multi-jurisdictional affairs. This is a senior leadership position combining client delivery, business development, and team leadership at scale.

You will also play a key role in cross-selling wider services and developing long-term, trusted advisor relationships that generate sustained revenue growth. A significant part of the role will focus on leadership—coaching and developing high-performing teams, driving a culture of technical and commercial excellence, and ensuring strong performance across billing, margins, and risk management.
The successful candidate will be CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent), with extensive experience in private client tax, ideally at Director level or equivalent in practice or a family office. A strong track record of winning work, building networks, and operating at a strategic level is essential.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to shape a growing practice and take ownership of significant client and business outcomes.
