This is a hands on supervisory role suited to someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational oversight and vendor management in a corporate environment. This role is based in the office every day and likely to be longer than the initial 12 months mentioned.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing UK and Irish company car and car cash allowance schemes
- Producing fleet-related reports within agreed timeframes
- Supporting service contract reviews and onboarding new vendors
- Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs
- Ensuring procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures
- Reviewing and approving fleet, corporate mobile, and service-related invoices
- Maintaining and updating departmental procedures and documentation
- Providing leadership cover in the absence of the European Administration Manager
- Supporting wider projects and initiatives at a European level
About you:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Essential experience managing company car fleets, corporate mobile contracts, and service providers
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams
- Analytical, detail-focused, and accurate in approach
- Proactive and self-driven, with the confidence to research and resolve issues independently
- Experience managing vendors and developing effective supplier relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable operating in a corporate setting
- Advanced user of Excel and the wider MS Office suite
