Opportunity for a legal housing specialist to join the team, providing legal advice and representation across a broad range of contentious and advisory housing matters, including property disrepair cases, tenancy matters, access, arrears and occupation, dealing with associated applications, claims and settlements to successful conclusion.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a high calibre, experienced solicitor with unparalleled attention to detail and professional integrity, able to combine technical advice with pragmatic case resolution, to join a high performing organisation and close-knit team.

To succeed in the role you will have experience of working in an in-house role or be looking to make the move from private practice will both be considered. It is essential you have solid experience of housing / property legal matters including assignment, succession, possession, occupation, tenancy breach, ASB and service charges and will be able to advise us on case merits, options and resolution up to and including court attendance and representation where required.

A law degree or comparable legal qualification with a minimum of 3 years relevant PQE and will be a practising solicitor is required.
