As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. You will serve as the point of contact for our customers, managing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding their expectations.
Candidate requirements:
– Understanding of FCA regulations, and experienced in escalating complaints, investigations and written responses
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring the CRM system is utilized effectively.

Based in Bracknell, 3 days in the office- 2 days WFH
35 hour week & 1pm finish on Fridays!
