The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Regional Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our client's Global Corporate Real Estate Team, based from their Maidenhead office. In this high-profile role, you will own and direct a portfolio of corporate offices across the UK and EMEA, taking responsibility for strategic portfolio planning, complex lease negotiations, capital fit-out projects, facilities management, and regional budget oversight. You will lead multi-disciplinary internal and external teams and serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership on all real estate matters.
