The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Contracts Manager to take responsibility for a £1m grounds maintenance contract, currently supported by a team of 13 staff. With significant growth forecast for the new year, the portfolio is expected to almost double in size, making this a pivotal hire for the organisation. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure services are delivered to contract specification, and maintain strong working relationships with a demanding but valued customer. As the contract grows, you will play a key role in shaping the team, improving processes, and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing £1m grounds maintenance contract across the Surrey area.
