An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading Private Client Services team within a major global advisory firm, based in Reading. This is a senior leadership role within a highly regarded PCS practice advising an enviable portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and privately owned entrepreneurial businesses with complex, often cross-border financial affairs.

You will join a growing and collaborative regional team working closely with national leadership, including senior partners across both regional offices and London. The team specialises in advising active, entrepreneurial wealth and is recognised for its technical depth and commercial approach.

In this role, you will take ownership of key client relationships while also driving the development of new business opportunities in the local market. You will play a central role in shaping client strategy, delivering high-quality advisory work, and ensuring the smooth running of compliance processes across your portfolio.

Alongside client delivery, you will contribute significantly to team leadership—mentoring and developing junior staff, supporting performance growth, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
