This is a role for someone who thrives working within a fast-paced environment and can navigate change and ambiguity with ease.

You’ll act as a true strategic partner to senior leaders (particularly the MD of the business) translating business goals into practical HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, drive performance and embed a consistent, inclusive culture across the region. A major priority for the business is embedding culture, engagement and trust. You’ll bring experience of analysing engagement data, partnering with leaders on targeted action plans and delivering measurable improvements in employee experience. This role also presents an exciting opportunity to re-evaluate how HR is delivered. You’ll be asked to review the current operating model and assess how Centres of Excellence (COEs) can be better leveraged allowing time to focus on high value, strategic HR activity. Candidates with experience partnering effectively with COEs will thrive here.

  • Partner with Total Rewards on compensation, benefits, salary reviews and incentives
  • Lead or support change management, M&A activity including TUPE projects
