We’re looking for a confident, influential and highly credible HR leader who has real experience of enhancing cultures, driving forward key business objectives and capturing engagement across the organisation with a focus on the UK and EMEA. This is a role for someone who thrives working within a fast-paced environment and can navigate change and ambiguity with ease.
You’ll act as a true strategic partner to senior leaders (particularly the MD of the business) translating business goals into practical HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, drive performance and embed a consistent, inclusive culture across the region. A major priority for the business is embedding culture, engagement and trust. Following a period of change, you’ll help stabilise teams, rebuild confidence and create an environment where people feel valued, supported and heard.
You’ll bring experience of analysing engagement data, partnering with leaders on targeted action plans and delivering measurable improvements in employee experience. This role also presents an exciting opportunity to re-evaluate how HR is delivered. You’ll be asked to review the current operating model and assess how Centres of Excellence (COEs) can be better leveraged allowing time to focus on high value, strategic HR activity. Candidates with experience partnering effectively with COEs will thrive here.
From a regional perspective, you’ll:
- Provide HR leadership across the UK and Continental Europe, ensuring compliant and consistent HR practices
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives to enable growth across key European markets
- Play a key role in performance management, succession planning and leadership development
- Partner with Total Rewards on compensation, benefits, salary reviews and incentives
- Lead or support change management, M&A activity including TUPE projects
- Use HR data and insights to influence decision making and continuously improve processes
