As UK Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of financial integrity across the UK entity. Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of UK financial control and reporting
- Own monthly management accounts, budgeting cycles, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and group reporting requirements
- Develop, mentor, and lead the UK finance team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge, and support
- Manage external audit processes and relationships with advisors
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and controls
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong technical grounding in accounting, controls, and governance
- Experience operating within a UK entity, ideally as part of a wider group
