Are you an HR administrator who loves variety, systems and making a real impact on the employee experience? If you enjoy being developed, engaging with employees whilst keeping things running smoothly, this could be the role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being a trusted support to managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle
  • Owning and maintaining the HR system (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and smooth processes
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding and internal moves
  • Liaising with external providers across payroll, benefits and pensions
  • Producing people data and reports to support decision-making
  • Helping embed the Culture and supporting engagement and change initiatives
  • Creating guides, FAQs and training materials to make HR processes easy to use

What we’re looking for:

  • You will be systems savvy with strong attention to detail with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships across the business.
  • The ideal candidate will know how to prioritise workload effectively and work with pace and purpose.
  • Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role
  • Confidence using HR systems (HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, Oracle or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, alongside being comfortable working with HR data and reporting
  • A people centric mindset with great communication skills
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
